1. Our E-commerce Platform

This website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 2. Products and Pricing

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the Service are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Shipping charges are calculated separately and added at checkout.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.
  • Promotions: All sales, promotions, and discount codes are valid only for the specified period. Items purchased on sale may be considered "Final Sale" and may not be eligible for returns.

3. Orders, Cancellation, and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  • Cancellation Policy: We offer a 2-day (48-hour) cancellation period. You may request a cancellation within 2 days of placing your order to receive a full refund. 4. Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at badwolf.co.in@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and all product designs, graphics, logos, and images are and will remain the exclusive property of BAD WOLF. Our trademarks and designs may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BAD WOLF, such as our payment gateway or Shopify.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

In no case shall BAD WOLF, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. All terms are subject to change without prior notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
