No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, the amount paid is non-refundable for both prepaid and COD orders.

Exchange Policy (Size & Color Only)

We offer exchange only for size or color.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted.

Important Information

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Products purchased during sales or offers are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
BADWOLF reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after product inspection.
