Cancellation Policy

We offer a 2-day (48-hour) cancellation period for all orders.

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 days of placing your order to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellation requests received after the 2-day window cannot be accommodated, as your order will have already entered the processing and fulfillment stage.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. This means:

  • The product must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, we will initiate your refund within 4-7 business days. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that after we initiate the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
