Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your BAD WOLF gear to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our base in New Delhi.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your order to our courier partners.
  • Operating Days: We process and ship orders on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, it is handled by our trusted national courier partners to ensure a safe and reliable delivery.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking: You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey on the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are the estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

  • Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2-4 business days
  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities): 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 5-10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain value.

4. Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number and Pincode. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you are unavailable, they may contact you on the phone number provided. If delivery fails after all attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. Contact us immediately at badwolf.co.in@gmail.com.
